Guitar4mation was founded in 1993, with two of its original members (Michal Nagy, Poland, and Martin Schwarz, Austria) still playing in the ensemble today. Petr Saidl (Czech Republic) has been a part of the group since 2003, and in 2022, Campbell Diamond (Australia) joined the lineup, bringing fresh energy to this international quartet. Guitar4mation has performed at numerous prestigious concert venues and guitar festivals throughout Europe, and has recorded 6 CDs. Their latest album “Our Evenings” will be launched soon.
The group’s musical trademark are the unique arrangements and compositions that can only be heard performed by Guitar4mation. Their wide repertoire encompasses the 19th century to contemporary works in a range of styles; from Impressionism to Jazz, from serious works to Latin and popular grooves.
The enthusiastic critics and enchanted audiences have particularly praised the group’s musical intensity, sensitivity and virtuosic precision, along with their choice of repertoire.
